RETURNS: We hope that you love all your purchases from Randi & Randy However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases of RR Originals are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
ALL SALE & THRIFTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES. Each item and model is measured, if you need more measurements please reach out
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at Randiandrandy@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
CARE: All fabric is intentionally sourced secondhand from thrift shops, vintage fabric stores, directly from generations of women passing down collections, and estate/yard sales across the US. Because most are decades old, some pieces are delicate and require extra care. We do not recommend your standard washing routine, instead treat each delicately (yourself too). Refrain from using the washing machine and spot treat or dry clean for major stains.
Note: In cases where unique vintage fabrics have small imperfections, an up close photo will be added to the product pictures.
SHIPPING: Please allow 5 business days for your order to ship. Although, items generally go out sooner. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments.
SHIPPING POLICY: If your package is lost in transit please email us at randiandrandy@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 24 hours for your email to be responded to by our Customer Service Team. Any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day. Emails sent Friday after 5pm MST through Sunday evening are responded to on Monday.
ORDER CHANGES: We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double + triple check that all details are correct.
SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS: We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible.
